“CHAIR YOGA: SIT DOWN-FEEL BETTER”
- with Instructor Colleen Briscoe.

This is gentle yoga for all ages and stages of life where the yoga mat is replaced with a chair. Yet all the yoga benefits continue. If you are looking for relaxation, for the opportunity to work joints and muscles, and for increased flexibility, strength, balance and circulation, this is the class for you. Please bring a towel to class. Class size is limited, so call the library at 359-2244 to register.

Library from June 29 to August 8. Teens are invited to come to
the library and read for prizes as well as to take part in special
events offered throughout the summer. Registration begins
June 22. Program flyers will be distributed in school in June.
