“CHAIR YOGA: SIT DOWN-FEEL BETTER”

This is gentle yoga for all ages and stages of life where the yoga mat is replaced with a chair. Yet all the yoga benefits continue. If you are looking for relaxation, for the opportunity to work joints and muscles, and for increased flexibility, strength, balance and circulation, this is the class for you.
